What is Article Spinning?

Article spinning is the act of rewriting an article from another author that has already been published in print or on the internet.

It entails finding synonyms and creating word phrases that are close in meaning to those used by the original author to create a new article.

The keywords, themes, and concepts presented in the original text remain unchanged in the rewritten or spun version.

The objective of article spinning is to provide high volumes of fresh content to websites that want to establish high rankings in internet search engines quickly. Individuals who want an instant boost in their search engine rankings often cut articles from well-established and little-known websites and blogs and paste them onto article spinning websites that generate spun articles from the text of the original or they pay freelance writers to alter the text of articles originally published elsewhere.

Article spinning sidesteps the plagiarism label because the words and phrases used in the new article are not exactly the same as the ones used in the original. Despite this fact, it's viewed as article stealing by some who see it as an unethical practice that gives undeserved benefits to others for the work of experienced writers without their knowledge or permission.
